All of our flyweight components undergo Parkerizing, a chemical conversion coating process applied to steel and iron parts to establish a protective phosphate finish.
This process offers several advantages:
• Resistance to Rust and Corrosion
• Oil Retention
• Wear Resistance
C4-39 FLYWEIGHT CAN BE USED IN LIGHT 7.90 3.5-3.650 BORE (475-520 lbs.)
ALSO KEEP IN MIND IF YOU'RE RUNNING C4-38 at sea level, and you go to a high ALTITUDE track such as anywhere in Colorado or say Bristol. (4000 DA OR HIGHER) you may want to make sure you have a set of the C4-38 to relieve the engine of load !!
